Hans Gühring |

Hans obtained a B.Eng (Mechanical) degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1985. In the initial five years of his career he focused on mechanical engineering consulting, specializing in lifting and cooling systems. He joined Armscor and Denel to further his career in systems engineering, where he became the Chief Systems Engineer on the Rooikat Armoured Car system. This was followed by managing the Denel Systems Engineering House "Gennan", which was responsible for the development and production of all land based military systems for the SA Defence Force. In the time at Denel, Hans obtained an Executive Leadership qualification from UNISA’s School of Business Leadership. Leaving Denel after nine years, he started Internex Consulting, where his focus was - and still is - primarily on business enhancement and continuous improvement. Hans holds the position of Managing Director at Internex Consulting as well as Chairperson of the Internex Group, which will celebrate its 14th birthday soon. André received a National Technical Diploma (Mechanical) from the Pretoria-West Technical College, and a Certificate in Logistics Management from the University of Pretoria's Graduate School of Management. Andre consults widely to the Defence Community of South Africa, mainly at Armscor's Weapon Systems Division and Programme Management level. Major corporate clients include Denel, BAE Land Systems OMC, Thales Advance Engineering, ThoroughTech and Armscor - to name but a few. He has received three commendations and achievement awards from the Chief of the SANDF and Defence Secretariat for his contribution to Logistics and Systems Engineering on military projects. He is a Director of Internex Consulting (Pty) Ltd, focusing on Multidisciplinary Logistics Programmes and Product Systems Management (inclusive of Military Operations and Support Optimization and/or Improvement), and assists with the Defence Acquisitioning and Procurement of required Mission Equipment and/or capabilities for the SANDF on a regular basis. Ig du Plessis |

Ig obtained a B.Eng. (Industrial) degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1983. During his first year of military service he was trained as a Workshop Commanding Officer and in his second year was appointed as Staff Officer: SANDF: policies and specification practices. In 1985 he joined the Department of Development Planning to co-ordinate development and administer financing of infrastructure at industrial development centres, and also conducted feasibility studies to define the influence of industrial development, deregulation and capital investments on regional development in the RSA. Ig has been consulting in business development and performance improvement of the bottom line performance of service and manufacturing organizations since 1988, including 5 years at Denel. He joined Internex in 1997. Ig is currently a Director of Internex Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Ngena DesignSpace (Pty) Ltd, Internex Inyanga (Pty) Ltd as well as of a number of other smaller companies. Coen Smit |

Coen holds a B.Eng. (Industrial) degree, and also did Six Sigma training. His first employment was as a production and process manager for Asea Electric. Coen joined Kentron in 1981, and was appointed Configuration and Quality Manager for Long Range Weapon Systems, responsible for Data Management and for Quality Management on development and production projects. In 1988 he joined “Gennan”, the Denel Systems House as Quality and Configuration Manager, responsible for the design, developing and implementing of a Data and Quality Management System for Gennan, providing the same services to Armscor and Denel. Coen joined Internex in 1997, implementing Data and Quality Management Systems for the private sector and for telecommunications industry facilities management projects, local and international. He was also extensively involved with the formulation and implementation of maintenance management strategies, implementation of governance structures, development and implementation of performance management systems, and the development and implementation of optimisation strategies. Nell van Vuuren |

Nell has a BA (Hons) degree in Information Management from the Rand Afrikaanse Universiteit (now the University of Johannesburg). Nell started her career as Information Manager, and became involved in benchmarking research and executive search (headhunting). She has been involved in primary and secondary benchmarking research for the past 10 years. During the past three years she has broadened her professional scope to include the fields of Human Resource Management and Recruitment Consulting. Her current role within the Internex Group spans the field of Human Resource Management and Benchmarking. Nell is the Managing Director of PeopleSpace. Mÿk Lembisch |

Mÿk has a diploma in aeronautical engineering, a B Admin (Hons.) degree and has extensive logistics and project management experience in the Defence industry regarding aircraft, armoured vehicles and telecommunication systems. He also has been exposed to the information technology sector in project managing the implementation of several major applications (i.e. Livelink, Archibus, Microsoft SharePoint, etc) in a leading telecommunications company (Vodacom). Mÿk also consulted du Telecommunications in Dubai, UAE and the Qatar Foundation in Doha, Qatar on facility related applications.
Mÿk is currently the managing director of Ngena Design Space, a virtual mechanical engineering and CAD design company which has major customers in the engineering industry such as BAE Systems, BHP Billiton, Denel Land Systems, Vertex, Southern Medical and SHIL (a Scotland based company). Richard received a National Technical Diploma (Mechanical) from the Centurion Technical College, and a Certificate in Information Technology from the University of South Africa. After serving 13 years within the South African National Defence Force he joint the Denel Group where he specialised himself in the Logistics environment. Focusing mostly on military projects his experience included field support for various Products Systems, Project Management and Logistic Engineering and Management. He jointed the Internex Group of companies in 2005 and consults widely with the Defence Community of South Africa on various Weapon Systems. He also holds the position of Executive Manager of Thoto Asset Assessment Services, a member firm within the Internex Group of Companies.
